Like Baahubali, the magnum opus of the upcoming SS Rajamouli enjoys buzz like anything. Ever since the announcement of a project with the names of Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt, the film has been the subject of re-designation. Now, the trailer is out and has already broken records!
Unlike several trailers released these days, the RRR trailer does not offer a plot. Based on the lives of rebels Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, the film is a fictional story about two brave men who led their own wars against the British.
N.T. Rama Rao Jr. plays the role of Beem, a Gond leader who fights for the rights of his people tirelessly. Ram Charan’s essence, on the other hand, is a police officer working for the British state. From the trailer, it looks like the duo is building a brotherhood to fight a good fight.
RRR Movie Story
Jr NTR is a strong man, fighting all evil. To prevent him, one police officer, who is part of the British police force, is appointed. He is none other than Ram Charan. He also gets his share of heroic entries. Surprisingly, as the trailer indicates, Ram and NTR share a close friendship, a great bond of brotherhood. However, Ram accuses the NTR of being a traitor to the British government.
The trailer shifts when we see Ram Charan and Jr NTR coming together to face their enemies.
With the exception of the two main men, the RRR trailer shows us the powerful presence of Ajay Devgn.
Presence of Alia Bhatt
The film also features Alia Bhatt as Sita while Ajay Devgn appears to play the role of transformation. It is disappointing to note that Bhatt, in spite of the main female role, appears only temporarily in a few scenes in the trailer, and without any interviews. Even Devgn gets a short line but Bhatt doesn’t get it. According to reports, Bhatt plays an important role that serves as a major source of inspiration for the character of Ram Charan. We’ll have to wait and see if you get enough screen space in the action game.
