Storyline: The series begins with Anuja (Mrinmoyee Deshpande) and Sumeet (Shashank Ketkar) discussing their wedding to be held next month.
Then comes the twist, Sumeet is diagnosed with liver failure and the doctor suggests immediate liver transplant. Realizing that he does not have much time to live, Sumeet tells Anuja to leave him and let him die in peace. Anuja leaves him with a heavy heart and moves ahead.
